Tom Adamthwaite
Tom brings over 20 years of experience in coaching and sports leadership. Qualified LTA, PTR, USPTA, ICI, and PTCA Coach. As the founder and driving force behind the academy, he sets the vision, standards, and culture that underpin every programme delivered. Originally from the United Kingdom, Tom previously served as Director of Sport and Regional Manager for the ALLSTARS programmes at David Lloyd Clubs, leading large coaching teams and multi-site development programmes. Since moving to Thailand in 2018, he has established a structured, high-performance environment built on clear player pathways and professional standards. Tom remains actively involved on court every day, working closely with junior players and club members while leading and mentoring his coaching team. His expertise lies in Long-Term Player Development, with a particular focus on building strong technical foundations, tactical understanding, physical literacy, and resilient mindsets. He is especially passionate about guiding junior players and supporting parents through each stage of the tennis journey — from first introduction to competitive development — ensuring every family understands the process, expectations, and long-term roadmap. Under Tom’s leadership, the academy combines international experience with a hands-on, personal approach, creating a clear pathway for junior and club players to develop with purpose and confidence.

Dean Bann (Coach Dean)
Dean, a former professional player, is now a passionate coach with years of experience. He has competed at the highest junior levels, represented his country in senior international tournaments, and now focuses on coaching students of all ages. Dean excels at identifying areas for improvement to help his students achieve their goals in a fun, safe environment. With qualifications including LTA Level 3 accreditation, USPTR Pro certification, and EFR Instructor certification, he is dedicated to ensuring a positive experience for every student in every session. Tennis is truly in his blood.

Dusan Mihailovic (Coach Dusan)
A Former ATP Professional Player with over 16 years of coaching experience, Coach Dusan has previously dedicated 13 years to developing top talent in Shenzhen, China. Working with elite Chinese players across various age groups, he has refined his ability to nurture technical skill, build confidence, and inspire excellence. He is now focusing on doing the same here in Thailand. Dusan believes in creating a positive and motivating environment where players can thrive both as athletes and individuals. His coaching philosophy emphasises growth, enjoyment, and a deep love for the game, helping players unlock their full potential while embracing the challenges and rewards of competitive tennis.

Konstantin Kravchuk (Coach Konstantin)
Former ATP #78 in the world, Coach Konstantin comes with an expert knowledge as a player on the ATP tour and as a coach on the WTA tour. He has competed at all four of the Grand Slams (Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon & US Open). Konstantin has also represented Russia in the Davis Cup. Konstantin believe in developing players in a way that they have all the tools technically to deal with any situation on court.

Angkoon Jantaban (Coach Arm)
Coach Arm has experience working with players from 3 years to adult players playing on the WTA. Arm has worked with the Thailand national team and been a professional hitter for WTA players. Arm has spent the last 4 years working with international juniors of all nationalities, ages, and abilities. He has the ability to make tennis very fun and still making you work very hard on court but enjoy it.

Regina Kalimullina (Coach Regina)
Regina holds the prestigious Master of Sports of Russia accreditation in tennis, which she has earned through her extensive involvement in coaching and playing within the sport. She boasts an impressive record of winning numerous tournaments, both on the domestic stage in Russia and internationally, excelling in both singles and doubles competitions. Regina has also competed at the highest level, participating in the ITF and WTA professional tours.

Peerapat Chowpattanakul (Coach Pee)
Coach Pee is a Bachelor of Physical Education from Songkla University and an avid sportsman. Working at AC Sport Centre in Hatyai with players for the past 3 years, Pee has honed his skills to adjust to each player depending on their needs. Coach Pee is a high energy and friendly coach that focuses on keeping tennis simple and not over complicating it. Coach Pee is great with children and is always looking at new ways to make things fun on court.

Chanyaphat Boonyawatvanith (Coach Bright)
Coach Bright aka ‘Mr Happy’ is an experienced National Thai tennis player and coach from Songkhla. Starting at 5 years old, tennis is what Bright knows best and where his passion lies. As a tennis player he competed at international level, including the National Student Games and the National Youth Games for province. As a university tennis player, he competed against the best players in Thailand. After a few years working within Songkhla, Coach Bright moved to Phuket and started as an Assistant coach with SiamSportsPro. After 12 months of training to be a coach, he was promoted to be a Development Coach for the Academy. Specialising in technical development for junior players and Beginner to Recreational adults, Coach Bright is perfect for students that require better technical knowledge and experience plus wanting to enjoy their trainings sessions.

Suphadej Leardthanadee (Coach Beta)
A passionate coach from Phang-Nga with high competitive experience in youth tennis both domestic and international competitions. Started tennis at 4 years old, Beta is tennis through and through. He loves to be on court hitting even when it is his day off or at the end of days. Coaching all players of all levels and ages, Beta is ideal for junior players and Beginner - Recreational level players. Beta believes that it is important to focus on developing solid fundamentals, understanding the game tactics & building a strong mentality. He says that you should never be sad on court and always find ways to enjoy your tennis.

Tapat Paevaroonakul (Preem)
Started playing tennis at the age of 8 and soon developed a passion for competitive tennis. Representing Phuket Province in major national tournaments such as the National Youth Games and the National Student Games. Playing as a high level national player Preem also competed for Assumption University (ABAC) in intercollegiate competitions. Preem plays to an ITN 3 level which is able to hit with any level of player up to Professional level.

Kitty Teppo (Coach Kitty)
Coach Kitty is a former Finland Junior National tennis player whose competitive background underpins her high-performance approach to Strength & Conditioning. She transitioned into coaching early in her career, qualifying as a Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning coach in 2011. Having trained professional athletes in some of the islands’ most respected gyms, Kitty brings elite-level physical preparation to tennis. She now specialises in tennis-specific S&C, leading all off-court development including strength, speed, agility, movement efficiency, injury resilience, and long-term athletic progression. As Head of Strength & Conditioning, she delivers structured, performance-driven programmes tailored to the individual needs of each athlete — from developing players to high performers. Her coaching style is disciplined, demanding, and energising, combining accountability and intensity with the ability to adapt intelligently to every player she works with.
